This year the Aboriginal Land Rights network in NSW celebrates a significant milestone with the 40th anniversary of the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983 (ALRA) in 2023.
To celebrate the NSW Aboriginal Land Council is hosting a Rock for Land Rights Concert at The Crescent, Parramatta Park on Saturday, 4th November 2023.
Beloved singer-songwriter, Thelma Plum will headline the event and will be joined by Yuin rapper, producer and radio host, Nooky, perennial country music favourite, Roger Knox, acoustic band with amazing melodies, Stiff Gins and pop duo, Microwave Jenny.
The event is primarily a family concert, with activations for families and kids. The event is open to everyone – mob and allies – to attend.
