NOTICE: Rath Yatra event (14 July)

Parramatta Park Trust wishes to advise park users of a Rath Yatra event in Parramatta Park.

Event times are: Saturday 14 July from 10.30am to 2.30pm.

Parking and transport information

This event will involve a parade through some areas in the park and will require the closure of Governor Macquarie Carriage Drive from 9am to 1pm and Railway Parade from 11.30am to 12noon to vehicles for this event. No access will be allowed between Macquarie St and Queens Rd during these times for the safety of event and park visitors.

The Park remains open to vehicles and pedestrians and is wheelchair accessible, however, some areas may have access restrictions for this event. Please follow all traffic controllers instructions. We apologise for any inconvenience.
