Parramatta Park is set to host the biggest Crescent Summer Series line-up yet, with more than 240,000 visitors likely to attend Western Sydney’s most loved arts and entertainment program.
Now in its third year, the Crescent Summer Series promises the hottest headliner acts alongside five free community concerts for all ages. This year’s season welcomes four new events to the Park – including Carols in the Crescent with Guy Sebastian and Friends – and will see global rock icon Ozzy Osbourne and hip-hop super-heavyweight Nicky Minaj bring unrivalled star quality to Parramatta.
“We are very excited to announce the line-up for this year’s Crescent Summer Series,” Suellen Fitzgerald, Executive Director of Parramatta Park said.
“The picturesque grounds of the Crescent makes this the perfect venue to showcase the high-quality of talent and entertainment that Sydney-siders have come to associate with the Crescent Summer Series. Though it is still young, the annual season has grown to become a highlight on the NSW major events calendar.
“We are especially proud to see the return of Sydney Symphony Under the Stars and Tropfest as part of the five free events that will draw people of all ages into the beautiful surrounds of World Heritage-listed Parramatta Park to see and hear the stars.”
