Walks Near Me Photo Competition T&Cs

How do I enter the competition? 

To enter the Walks Near Me photo competition, participants must either post a photo on Instagram and tag @parrapark and #HiddenGemsParraPark and #WalksNearMe or post a photo in the comments of the Parramatta Park competition post on Facebook and like the Facebook page. The photo needs to be taken on the grounds of Parramatta Park and has to be posted publicly between 5pm AEST Wednesday 24th April and 5pm AEST Friday 31st May 2024. Multiple entries are permitted.

What can I win?

1 x $200 Misc Parramatta voucher. 

1 x Family pass to Old Government House.

When does the competition close?

The competition closes at 5pm AEST Friday 31st May 2024. 

Who can enter the competition?

Anyone who is aged 18+ is eligible to enter. This competition is not open to employees of Parramatta Park Trust, its contractors, associated companies and their immediate families.

How do you pick the winners?

This is a game of skill. The best photo will be chosen manually by the marketing team at Parramatta Park Trust and the winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook Direct Messenger. Photos will be judged on their creativity, portrayal of the Hidden Gems and must clearly feature Parramatta Park.

General T&Cs

The promoter is Parramatta Park Trust, 6+8 Parramatta Square, Parramatta NSW 2124.

Parramatta Park Trust reserves the right to disqualify any entrant.

The Trust will contact the winner via Instagram or Facebook Direct Messenger after the competition has completed. If the winner does not contact the Trust within 2 days of contact, another person will be chosen. 

Please ensure you are complying with COVID Health Orders and following COVID safe measures or restrictions at Misc.
The following conditions apply:
The prize (valued at $242 AUD) can only be redeemed at Misc Parramatta and Old Government House and must be redeemed in one sitting.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Trust reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.

All entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur when entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

The Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Trust will promote the competition through e-newsletters and social media, including Facebook and Instagram. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with either parties.
