Parramatta will farewell 2017 at the stunning grounds of the World Heritage-listed Parramatta Park with an expanded program including a fantastic line-up of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy and a spectacular display of fireworks at 9pm.
Join us to celebrate with live music, roving performances, amusement rides, a great array of food stalls and of course a spectacular fireworks display!
Two stages will keep audiences on their feet from 6pm to 9pm. Join us at the Crescent Amphitheatre for a beautiful evening under the stars spent with Frank Bennett, Grant Galea and Catherine Hunter along with their big brass band singing all the classics you know and love.
Take the little ones around to the Fairground for some seriously fun shows, including impressive acrobatics from The Snors Family Circus, an appearance and meet & greet opportunities with The Trolls and much, much more!
Keep an eye out for roving performers and face painters, and make sure to sample some delicious dinner from one of the many food stalls before settling in to view the 9pm fireworks.
Parramatta New Year's Eve 2017 is going to be bigger than ever! Please note, Parramatta Park will be closed to all the vehicles from 1pm on Sunday 31 December 2017. There will be no parking inside the Park.
Traffic delays around the Park are expected from 8.45pm – 9.30pm. Please consider the Park and Walk option.
Cyclists please be aware there will be changed traffic conditions inside the park from 28 December to 3 January. Please ride carefully and follow any safety instructions.
