Fees and Charges
The Trust charges venue hire fees and charges for the use of its parklands. The fees provide revenue to assist with the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the parklands.
The venue hire fees and charges depend on the nature and scope of the event and the impact it may have on the parklands.
Other fees and charges are for staffing, stages, marquees, food vendors and amusements. A bond for damages or costs arising from non-compliance is also levied. The bond is refunded by the Trust upon satisfactory compliance with conditions as agreed.
Fee Schedule- small events.
Small charity, community or private activities with less than 1,000 attendees.
Fee Schedule – major events.
Major events such as commercial entertainment, festivals, charity fundraisers or community celebrations with more than 1,000 attendees.
This fee schedule also applies to all commercial events, regardless of the number of attendees.
