Changed traffic conditions for Australia Day 2018

Planning on coming to Sydney's biggest Australia Day celebrations in Parramatta Park? Plan ahead!

Australia Day 2018 is set to be one of Parramatta's biggest events this year! Please note, there will be changed traffic conditions between Thursday 25 January and Saturday 27 January 2018.

Parramatta Park will be a pedestrian only zone on Friday 26th January 2018. There will be no parking inside the Park.

This also means Parramatta Park will be car and cycle free from 1pm on Thursday 25th January to 2am on Saturday 27th January for the safety and enjoyment of Park and event visitors. 

The main entry point is through O'Connell Street (Tudor Gatehouse) or via Macquarie Street.We encourage people to take public transport to the event. To plan your journey visit www.transportnsw.info.

Cyclists please be aware there will be changed traffic conditions inside the park between 22nd - 25th January and 27th - 29th January 2018. Please ride carefully and follow any safety instructions.
