To report breakages, dumped rubbish, faulty facilities or lost dogs, please call the numbers below or email info@ppt.nsw.gov.au

 

Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm: phone 9895 7500 to speak to a staff member.

 

Sat-Sun and Public Holidays, 8am-5pm: phone 0419 122 763 to talk to one of our Rangers.

 

If you require assistance after the park gates close, call our security services provider on 1300 133 456.

 

For emergency situations, please call 000 (or 112 from a mobile phone).

 

If you see anti-social behaviour or malicious damage occurring in the Park, call the Police Assistance Line on 131 444.

 

Using the Park

Please treat the Park, its plants, wildlife and others with respect and care. The Park Visitor Use and Activities Policy, and Shelter Hire Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure everyone enjoys their experience at Parramatta Park without detriment to the natural environment. Is it ok to barbecue?  Visit the NSW Rural Fire Service website to check Total Fire Ban status. Only the Park barbecues may be used during Total Fire Bans. At other times, you are able to use your own barbecues.

 

Accessibility, Parramatta Park is committed to ensuring everyone is able to access and enjoy the picnic areas. There is a number of accessible parking spots located throughout the Park and all permanent toilet facilities have an accessible toilet.
